Membership Top-Up Plan

1. Minimum Top-Up Amount: To participate in the VIP membership program, the minimum top-up amount is USD 2000. Any fees incurred during the payment process (such as bank fees) will be borne by the customer.
2. Document Upload: After completing the payment, please upload the required documents via email through “My Account.” If you encounter any issues during the upload process, feel free to contact us via email at any time. Our colleagues will review the documents and issue the relevant benefits upon approval.
3. Review Results: After the review is completed, the funds will be credited to “My Account.” You can check the available funds in the “Available Funds” section of your account dashboard.
4. Additional Top-Ups: If you wish to top up additional amounts, you are welcome to select “Deposit Funds” in “My Account” and enter the desired amount (minimum top-up is USD 2000).
5. Top-Up Validity: Each top-up is valid for one year. After each top-up, the validity period will automatically restart for another year.
6. Expired Balance: If there is still a balance in your account when the top-up validity period expires, the balance will be retained, but you will no longer enjoy VIP discounted prices until you recharge. Additionally, if the balance is below USD100, you may request a refund after deducting any applicable fees.
7. Refund Policy: There is a 7-day cooling-off period after the top-up during which you may request a refund. The refund request must meet the condition that the top-up amount has not been utilized, and a 5% administrative fee along with bank fees will be applied. Partial refunds are not allowed.
8. Membership Downgrade: If a refund results in a downgrade of your membership, you will no longer be able to enjoy related discounts or services.
9. Please note, To use your account for payment, please ensure that you have sufficient funds available. If your account balance does not cover the full amount of your bill, kindly top up your account with the necessary funds beforehand.
